Don't get comfortable and make sure you get everything in writing because if not, they will feed you lie after lie to cover their ass

Biggest mistake I made while working here was not leaving sooner/under my terms after they were giving me the runaround about back pay money they had been owing me ALL YEAR, after I finally got it they fired me soon after

I would tell the individual that Technicolor is good job for improvement. We have our down times but, the most important part is satisfying the customer.
