Forgot to do a offset after changing a tool. Made the bore oversized.

Owners are good people . And in my opinion the only foreman worth working under was Mike.not sure if he's still there or not , but if not that company lost a great asset

Not askung for more money before getting hired, always negotiate what your worth, however , the overtime was a great supplement
