Lee Physician Group is made up of caring, loving and professional group of individuals. I was with them for over ten years working as a Customer Service Representative, Medical Records Clerk and a supervisor and for check in to management everyone takes pride in their daily task and job. The physicians are professional yet personable. The patient always comes first with their medical needs. I loved working for them and would still be with them if I had not moved out of state.
Lee enterprise bought us from Berkshire Hathaway. Working for Lee was abysmal compared to working for Berkshire Hathaway, who I worked with for four years until Lee bought us and immediately COVID started. Very sad for the newspaper business windows at the top don't care about the newspaper business at all!
Flexible hours and working with the community was so worthy as I became part of the family to many!

I learned to be respectful to your employees and there job will improve tremendous. If the employees are showed that you respect them and care about them the work environment will be a whole lot better,
I loved the job itself.it is what I am to do.It was just the people who worked there.They all older women acting like middle schoolers
