I was sick and forced myself to come to work because at the moment we were short of staff, so decided to come to work, but unfortunately while I was trying to offer the best I can, my supervisor couldn't appreciate, she kept saying am too lazy, why are you not first today, I went to the washroom and rested a bit and she came looking for me, I told her that I was sick and she went a head and reported to my line manager, I felt so bad, stressed out, it's so had to work with people who cannot place their feet in someone else's shoes

It's a fun place to work, but you should be ready to handle complaints you don't know about, like a sales personnel being accused of food and beverages, learn to be quick and first in handling situations, and learn an extra language, it's an added advantage

Most of the times I apologize first if its the only way to calm the situation and I promise the guest to work on it, or to change

The diversity, I meet people from all backgrounds and I have learnt to relate to them. It's full of fun, playing with kids and above all, explaining a product to someone who does not understand what you are saying because of language barrier but the effort I put in to make sure they understand, signs, body language, makes me laugh at the end of the day,
