A co worker was running her mouth to other co-workers so I took her off to the side and asked her what the problem was and got the two co workers together and we talked the problem out then everything was fine but if I couldn't have fixed the problem I would had to let my supervisor handle it
The day one of our co-workers got killed at work we had a band to break on one of our presses and the machine flew out scrap pieces of metal and a piece hit her in the throat and kill her may her rest in piece

I loved the way everyday you knew that someone would be getting the vehicle they loved and wanted and you helped make that happen plus also everybody appreciated their job
I loved my job I had 15 people on my line that I helped run even though I was the team leader I ran every machine E on my line when I was needed to I also ran the forklift for my line and others that needed me everything was ran in a normal fashion but one day the biggest machine that put 27 different welds on a part blew a bad weld in our part we made frames for the seats for Toyota I found the hole in the frame and refused to send the part quality oked the part said it would benot be seen and wouldn't hurt the part but I wouldn't send it for I told them I drive a Toyota and I wouldn't want to be the one to see someone have a accident and their seat break thinking it could be because of me so I left then went to work at masco where I am currently at this moment
