Well aside from getting mad one time and tossing my sign down in anger and using barb wire for a belt I'd say my biggest mistake was quitting

I'd probably have to say the most stressful day I had was on lower left hand canyon I was having trouble hearing what people where saying over the radio and everyone was what seemed to be yelling at me over the radio as well as co workers accidentally sending traffic at the same time with equipment in the road my temper got the best of me that day and caused me to make some very questionable decisions that day overall I'd give myself a rating of 2/10 definitely could've addressed the situation alot better with alot better composure did not handle myself good at all by any means

The last time a co worker or customer got mad at me? Well in regards to the co worker I can definitely say both could've handled the situation alot differently me personally should've controlled my anger more ended trading hurtful and aggressive statements back and forth definitely could've been worse if I didn't know how to hold my composure when feeling threatened however my actions dont justify it but in regards to the last customer that got mad at me I actually held my composure very well dude was speeding down a mountain and I had made it clear to him that he needs to slow dow especially going through a construction zone because that's how people end up dead and/or in a life threatening accident I was very firm with the gentleman and respectful as well he didn't like that I was telling him to slow down not mean comments where made conversation was respectful for the most part on a rating of professionalism I'd give it a 8/10 definitely could've handled myself better in how I explained it some would possibly find it to be rude as to how firm I was even given the reasonable concern for the drivers safety as well as everyone else's around me on the site otherwise my experience with customers and coworkers where fairly alright in my opinion
