
When I went for my interview I just felt very at home I guess u could say and when I was working there I had a good set of managers and team leaders they not only did there job but would go above to help when u needed them and they made u feel at home like they were a real part of the family so I enjoyed working there it kinda made it ok that the pay wasn't real high but they would try to do there best to give u xtra hrs to make up a little for u

I don't think Sizzling Platter is a good place to work because there is a great deal of favoritism going on. I was the general manager and I was having problems with some of my workers. One of the worker's mom is corporate and if you try to discipline her daughter there would be consequences. That is very unprofessional for them to act like that, especially when the daughter is the main problem. There have been times to where she would do things that would hurt the store but they would ignore it and try to manipulate the situation to where it would be blamed on someone else. I truly feel there is some corrupt things going on behind closed doors but what's done in the dark will come to light.
