If you can work with no supervision, your a self starter and will honor your committed time slots this is the best work at home opportunity around. I contracted with them for 6 years.

Very rarely did I get someone that was angry. If it was about a product they bought I would refer them to the Customer Service Number listed in the script. I would also get angry along with them and empathized with them before giving the CS number. I told them I would be upset too etc. I can usually defuse their anger.
