Ive been in the mortgage industry 35 years. Stear clear of this company and do not trust they are in your best interest. You are a number to them, only to produce money in a very short period of time. They misrespresented they had financial backing. Anytime a company expects you to produce and prrform in one werks time and that amount of preasure in a short period of time is losing money. Dont waste your time.!!!

Run, and run very fast! The state supervisor will always try and take advantage of you both concerning your work style and sexually!

Don't waste your time at Sitel Oak Ridge or Knox...they have a very high turnover rate for a "family oriented"company.& if you have a medical issue they are not sympathetic &you will stress everyday ur there! & the Coaches are two faced..and if u ask a question you will never get the same answer from anyone!
