The advice I would give about people wanting to work at Microsoft is have all of you i's doted and your t's crossed. Very extensive interviews. If you are going for programing interviews are an all day affair. Give direct answers, and don't sound weak.

If there's no signing bonus or future career pathway after military service.. then it probably isn't worth it.

This started off well. They don't appreciate there employees they just don't care.........
