working with fine associates and loved working in tools and hardware for 6 years and unloading trucks for 2 years to bad management didn't have their act together resigned due to poor management.

They are a great company to work for but unfortunately each Lowe's store in every state has it's own idea of how they should operate and who to hire with whatever previous credentials from other stores they need.I was told they take care of their employee's .Sadly not so true especially if you need part time or split shifts.Something they are very not into in California at least not the Stockton area.Otherwise Great company excellent benefits, good people all around, just management is sometimes blind from HR on up.

A customer requested to talk to a manager i call the manager and i had to argue with him to gett him to come out to the garden dept. In front of the customer i was upset and we had words the customer wasnt even upset with me. And i lost my job because the manager always write in this store. By the way we did not have words in front of the customer we stepped aside

The work is very steady, Rain or snow...

My advice to people interested in working at #LowesHomeImprovement as a #CustomerServiceSpecialist ...
When I worked there it was a great place to work I still go in and still have a lot of friends that are still there.

I was moving some paint from the top shelve I slip and the paint fell to the ground and went everywhere, sure took a long time to clean that up.

hectic maybe but not stressful, most people are good and if you take care of them they settle down and smile and say thank you.

I never had an employee or customer get angry

The people, the employees, and my job.

Interacting with people, keeping plants and trees alive and working conditions.
