Do not give them loyalty. Go there, earn a paycheck...Look for something more permanent and worthy of your tiime and talents

Giving them 12 years of my life. I made the mistake of being loyal to my employer for 12 years. I did anything asked of me. And in the end. Nothing mattered but the bottom line. Why pay me my wage when we can get a newbie for so much less.

Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab

Schedule: Full-time, Night Shift, 11 PM - 7:30 AM

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL BE:

Provide quality care to geriatric residents and short-term rehab residents as specified in the care plan and assignment sheets and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be available to work in any of the units (Short-term rehab AND/OR Long Term Care) 2, 40-bed short term rehab units and 1, 40-bed long-term care unit (3 total units = 120 total beds)

Medication and treatment administration, Documentation in the medical record Provide support as directed by the Nursing Supervisor and Director of Nursing. Oversee CNAs Interact with families. THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU IF:
