Just have fun and get to know your co-workers. Also, if you working on a military base treat the soldiers with respect.

Before my interview at #LSI I wish I knew...

How little I would be compared to other facilities they own. And how overworked I would be. The management has absolutely no idea what the job consists of so I am constantly bouncing between departments. They spend money on cameras and metal detectors to catch us on phones so the general manager can keep track of us from another state so she doesn't have to visit. How little they really care about employees.

I was in papeless packing and had to be moved due to harrasment when I filed the complaint they released me and lsi has not replaced me when they have work available.
