The biggest mistake I’ve made was letting regular customers get away with being 50 cents short on the full amount owed. They would take advantage and the money they owed added up.

A stressful day was when the gentlemen mowing the grass across the street had his mower fling a rock at the windows of the store front and parking lot. I had to pause the business to address the issue to them but they said they can’t do anything about it. I suggested that they could scan the area where they were mowing for large pebbles but they claimed there was no rocks where they were mowing. To the best of my ability, I found all the large rocks I could to ensure my customers cars didn’t get damaged and called it a day.

The customer was unsatisfied that with the pricing on the products and wanted me to lower the price. In a calm manner I explained that the prices are final and apologized for the inconvenience.
