We are hiring Mechanic for one of the client located in Chanhassen, MN.

Responsibilities also include: Job Description: The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery equipment, buildings and facilities maintenance, and installing new equipment and machinery in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Responsibilities also include: Minimum Experience/Education Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read and write basic English • 2 years vocational/technical school in mechanical repair • 2+ years’ experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment • Previous participation on a safety team and/or other safety training a plus • Trained and experienced in Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures • Pre-employment background checks and drug test required.

Note: Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 or 4 days per week including weekends.

Beware, that's all just be aware because buddies watch each others backs whether by lieing or pretending things aren't as they are, and no one there wants to lose their gravy train so will say or do what it takes to keep status quo. Cant count on anyone to step forward and speak the truth if you aren't someone that they need for self preservation.

Was being guy willing to always stay when needed and noone else would. Always allowing others to get the glory when I would figure out problems. Plenty there to always want to be the guy that figured out problems.

Find better job not worth the effort. I found out hard way they really suck. Managers only ones making money. Bonuses 3 times a year. Vacations 5 weeks .Entry level people are treated like shit or worse find better job best advice yo. TCC thanks

Believing the it was a job i would do some good work but only found the corporate rules cater to only upper management pay cut and hours reduced down to less than 12 weekly. The company does not have the workers best interests in mind only care about bonus paid to manager's.worst 4 years of my life they treated me like shit
