A sense of accomplishment. I knew and still adhere to cleanliness. And I am happy that I could serve Excel Janitorial Services and our Customers proudly.

Good company as far as Nashville office very honest. I've heard negative things about the other offices but couldn't comment one way or another on them Qlm Nashville is the best temp service I've ever worked for

Leaving the project in Montana without giving Sandy wiek of the Nashville office proper notice. Although I feel I was justified in my reasons for wanting to leave the Cobb mechanical project as they basically lied to whomever they needed to lie to get people to the job which was as unsafe as I've been on in years and without promised overtime. However qlm Nashville office did everything they said they would do and I should have given them opportunity to work it out

If anything like falling at work in a Iso 7 room and hurt yourself don't exspect SBM to have your back because they won't. I fell at work and they would not give me the comp carrier for SBM, I have pain everyday ! I don't knw what i can do to get them to give me the information I need to go to the Doctors

The people are great except for Chris W. He won’t even let his managers manage their crew. He creates chaos by his need to control everything

I receive no training and the office person continually changed expectations. I was told to disregard my initial contract. Chris W. said he would not honor it.

That's hard to answer, I made mistakes no doubt. But I learned from them and adjusted as needed to correct them and prevent them from happening again. I consider my mistakes to be steps of improvement.
