The safety manager that was called out for a wrong threw a fit and explained he could make any policy apply to his wants and demands. Refused to show me policy and offered to write the policy later in his office to fit the situation.

The people. No job goes without a certain degree of drama with coworkers but for the biggest picture in the S&B culture the most precious asset they have is the craftsmen that are in the field.

My advice to people interested in working at #Doitbestcorp-1990-2016 as a #Receiver,stocker,checker,unloadtrucks,forkliftdriver ...

Be prepared to work. It is a fast paste job. Wages are desent for the work u do. Long hours at times.
