My advice to people interested in working at #Doitbestcorp-1990-2016 as a #Receiver, stocker, checker, unloadtrucks, forkliftdriver ...
Be prepared to work. It is a fast paste job. Wages are desent for the work u do. Long hours at times.

Take the job you are going to like it there

I took a load in that was not going into tree top . Should have gone to another company

It's a very good place to be. We are Hiring, so if you are in the area of Milton and need a job call and get the ball rolling. You will like it .

I believe the biggest mistake I made at my job was accusing a young girl of something I shouldn't have. It wasn't right and I did apologize to her after a bit of time went by.

Work at Amazon if you're desperate. Their pick system sets you up for failure making you scan the tote after every item causing you to lose your rate. The pick leaderships know and will only get you out of it if you bring the issue to them. You better save your time because if you miss work for medical purposes, they'll take your time and won't approve a medical leave and fix your time until they've already terminated you. Keep a second phone to stay inside the building with a charger so you can record your day to day if you're a female because you will be sexually harassed and HR will not help you until someone touches you inappropriately because their cameras don't pick up audio. Don't loan anyone money even if you have proof they said they'll pay you back because if you get HR involved, they'll ignore what you have, say the money was a gift, and tell you they'll back up the person who took your money if you attempt to take it to civil court. If you ever have issues with their IH team, you're on your own because IH services are through a contract company where Amazon's HR can't touch them and they'll tell you to bring your issues to their managers but won't tell you who that manager is and will tell you to figure it out for yourself. If you can deal with all of that, Amazon is the perfect place for you.

BE a hardworking person be a team player it's not easy can be very stressful
