Well dealing with customers you are going to get them types no matter what you do or say they still just want drama. I would stay calm and peaceful and humble and try what I can to get he or she to calm down so we can handle the problem or if that doesn't work I would ask for a supervisor. Remember I have a image to keep for my company. So we may keep doing business with them but there are some that it's so bad that it's not worth doing business with. But when it's all said and done I still say thank you and have a good day.

Dealing with other drivers on the road when they act like the only one that matters is them. It wasn't stressful presay but more irritating than anything. I would just try not and let it get to me. I can only control what I'm doing and how I feel and what I do. And stay humble.

Everything. I was in charge of the way we handle the company business of dealing with people. That I would come in contact with I was the image of the company. The one who got to meet the customers that we delivered to. So I would always treat everyone with respect and try to bring joy in there life because you don't know what type of day they may have.
