It was good but they send me to far different places.
When I was able to work with inmates and give quality care.
My advice to someone interested in Maxim is to embrace the opportunity to work in a variety of positions, and increasing your experience to further your learning while utilizing your skills for advancement! They have offices in several states making the process simpler to relocate if needed.
I do not generally make mistakes...I always practiced a set pattern, and follow up behind myself something like a checkmate system. That way you can always find whatever is not completed.
A stressful day would be only not being able to fulfill an assignment due to my limited experience in the particular qualifications.
Really never, ever remember any problem that happened while at Maxim but, actually one disagreement with a new boss....it was immediately handled professionally and we were both satisfied.
I had a wonderful experience working for Maxim!.... Great staffing agency with good office personal....was with them for an extended amount of time. My assignments were vast and I utilized my nursing skills to my expertise and according to my knowledge!
I never had that experience with a co-worker or family being upset with me while working with Maxim
I had the best client possible!!
