Non stop working all day, till time to get off,no breaks

Nothing, iT got talked out

I worked my job for 23 years so I can't pinpoint one stressful day. But I would have to say the most stressful days would be if someone would happen to get hurt or I had too many new employees where mistakes would happen. It doesn't happen very often because I've been fortunate enough to have a lot of long-term employees

As far as a coworker getting mad at me it was probably because I felt the need to discipline them in some way but I usually like that person and I explain to them what I'm doing is not because I don't like them it's because I have a job to do and it's something they need to hear. I feel like the co-workers that I've had to discipline and have conversations with the most ended up appreciating me more. I've had several of them when they've moved on to their careers tell me how much they respected the fact that I gave them a good worth ethic.

I really haven't had a customer get mad at me personally but obviously we have made mistakes with food orders. When that happens I feel if you act professional and offer a sincere apology and try to make up for your mistake the customer will appreciate this and walk away happy.
