I definitely was proud to be able to make people smile when I pulled into the stations to watch their eyes light up when I rang my bell with beautiful tones

If you are a Bus Operator, remember that politeness counts. Your passengers' safety is your primary responsibility, but saying something nice pays real dividends. You most likely will see the same passengers every day during your three month tour of that route. Why not make them feel comfortable with you and your driving ? Always keep a positive attitude and know that you have Supervisors who will assist you with any issue.

I enjoyed driving and having the responsibility of maintaining the safety of all my passengers. (I loved being the Captain of my own vessel. Ha! Ha! Ha!)
