Well its really not such a good place to work...the pay is poor ..with the work they have u do... and when ur place at a certain work area .they want u to be elsewhere..even if your not train in that area... I just don't think I could ever work at a fast food spot ....

Customer Service at Mcdonalds

For me it was a good experience for a first time job and to just pay bills but I say it’s nothing to base your entire life with I worked there for 5 months and the costumers are mostly rude and my experience with my McDonald’s it had poor management and workers with horrible work ethic but I still recommend it for the experience alone with slow and fast work days you learn different skills with completing tasks but I wouldn’t have it as my life career dosnt benefit much at all just you work your shifts then you get paid with little promise of climbing further than where you were

You see people that actually appreciate you that are happy to see you you have regulars that you also like to see and appreciate helping you also don't realize how many people do appreciate you at a place like that. I never could have imagined the positive effect its had on me and being a better people person. #foodservices

When I first started, I needed the money. The McDonald's I started at paid a decent wage for a fast food company. After a few weeks, I really started to like the people I worked with. Even with such a high turnover rate, most of my coworkers were nice

Really it was the people I worked with, it took time, but eventually I became close with a lot of people there. I mean, since working there, there has been a lot of people that have come & gone, but I feel like I've always had good coworkers & managers and they're what made the running around worth it
