Don’t take a job there. If you have to take a job there just understand it’s short term even if it’s full time so just keep looking for another job. They boast being a Christian company but they treat you really really bad there. Let this be a warning to you. It’s a bad place to work.

Trusting anyone in management there. Working for Mcenany is like working on a pirate ship.you have to watch your back at every turn because they will knife you in the back.this is truly not a good place to work. Not a good company at all.

I was hired as a driver for McEnany roofing. A stressful day would happen when they would just reassign me to a roofing crew on top off the Orlando hospital with other employees from mcenany who were all hostile and threatening illegal aliens who would threaten you with violence and physically fight you and threaten to throw you off the roof. Many of the roofers are undocumented and ms13 members

Working at Mcenany roofing was just a horrible place to work. Coworkers were always unsupportive and would openly argue with you for completely trivial issues and then take your work and give it to another to deliberately cause constant friction.
