Went to an interview the other day. I wasn't asked many questions. He really just explained what the position intails & benefits. I did try to sell myself as much as I could. I have over 15 years experience as medical receptionist . But not sure what to make of this. Has anyone else ever experienced this type of interview?

I have 10+ years of Medical Reception experience, but it's been difficult to find something. I get phone calls for interview but that's it. I've been told that I interview well so why am I having difficulty?

Do not work with this establishment. Management promises opportunities of advancement or cross training but does not follow through. Actually, there is no training what so ever and the instability of the company greatly effects patient care. On top of horrible management their billing department is extremely unprofessional and does not properly handle clients accounts. Leading to untrue balances that are sent to collections. I worked with their company for 6 months before there was a cut of contract that lead everyone in the office to only work part time because they could not afford to keep anyone on longer than that. Please heed my warning and avoid this company at all costs.

I would tell them you have to be prepared for whatever comes your way. You as a person will never know what will happen.
