If there is a full house of patients, it can be stressful. However, I just remind myself to breathe. I give myself a couple seconds between each patient to just recollect myself.

Not having enough employees for the work load. Not wanting to hire anyone. They make you work overtime almost every week.

I was employed with the company mednax purchased. Mednax keep me as an employee after the buy out.
