Do you ever wish you could go back in, join up again? I do. I have for a long time. They said I was too old at 39. What I miss the most is the camaraderie, the feeling of having a team that counts on me, the knowing my team has my back. I remember the beginning of basic training, thinking, "What the hell am I doing here?" And then on graduation day, my thoughts were, "I don't ever want to leave." The way we were taught how to depend on each other had created such an emotional bond between us, that I just couldn't imagine going on to somewhere else around different soldiers... What did you feel? How has that feeling affected you in your civilian jobs? Would you go back?.. #Military #camaraderie #teamwork #memories

Sometimes we get so down, that it's hard to peek out of the darkness. But the great news is: Good Memories can trigger endorphins, which make us feel better. So, what's yours? It might be a food, a color, a song, the memory of a dear friend or high school love. Sky is the limit!
