The biggest mistake I made as a #Migwelder/setupspotwelder&braekpress at #Henneg ...

Asking for more money.

I would say show up keep a good attitude as well as attendance is a must also know your job to the best if you feel you cant due the job properly ask to be moved to a better job you know you can due.i also would say that if you have experaince with hand tools such as drills saws and other construction type tools would fit niclely in with any assembly position if no exsperiance would apply for finish or wharehouse.k

There was a hat that didn't belong to me caught on fire,it had been there for years on the other side of my safty curtain&I should have disposed of it,but had no idea that a fluke accident could happen to a 17 year experienced welder. Now Im looking for another job because of this situation.

Just use it as a stepping stone for a better job. Few small raises. Poor insurance. Management is not real family oriented. Steady work but not much room for advancement.

My first day as a #Migwelder at #Workforce : What I'd do differently

My first day they sent me to EMI theft build forms for poured concrete walls. I was there about 7months and burnt my foot by splatter.theysaid they would hold my job there after I was release from the doctor but that didn't happen. So I went back to work force andthey placed me at Haworth where I worked for the past year and Haworth ended my assingment
