I would not recommend this company they have no benefits they have no health insurance no for 41k Plan and they give you a lot of hours starting off but then they take it away they have too many new drivers and not enough trucks to meet the demands of the clients there’s other sweeping companies that pay more better so stay away from this one

I don’t think I ever made a mistake there I only just spoke my mind the new supervisor that is there does not like you to give him ideas of how to do the job he thinks he knows everything he was working there for three months as a tire replacement guy and they gave him a supervisor job with no experience in sweeping in my opinion that’s just stupid

Being a supervisor for 3 1/2 years me and the owner talk and he said after one year I will give you a big raise I waited 3 1/2 years to get that raise and it never came sometimes they promised a lot and do not deliver I wouldn’t waste my time in this company that’s what I regret after working 15 years plus

They say they’re the best in Dallas but the equipment is not up to date we had a lot of hydraulic leaks and the biggest one was at a warehouse brand you send me the driver did not pay attention and leaked all the oil on the news submit the company must have paid more than $1 million to get it fixed
