Hello everybody! As you can imagine, MR2 is my own Company and my time has been leading, maintaining and investing in numerous companies adding value through growth, organization, and profits for the last 7 years. Coaching and managing diverse projects and startups. It helped me in the way that I have tried to put on the way all what I had learned during my previous experiences and my theoretical background. In fact, I wrote a first book (Breaking Barriers -Rompiendo Barreras-) where I explained almost 20 years ago the vision I had of doing business. After working 20 years under a VERY big multinational Corp, being working to myself has been a very interesting experience. If I had to say the most important fact I learnt is that only the passion for perpetual motion and the courageous acceptance that everything can always and must be improved, will propel companies forward.
