Please don't apply! It's not a very professional environment. The operations manager of the call center is the reason I was let go. The small company needs to be investigated because there is no background checking becaus two employees were arrested at the location for drug sales and they are still employed! We work with AHCCCS and there is no HIPAArule with PHI!

The sad part regarding MTBA call center environment was not so much the CSR's it was the bad unprofessional skills of the Management team. The employees are treated very bad. I know now why i was let go because the owners and Managers did not like me to educate the employees of their rights.
