I love working to help customers feel better. If they are calling in they are automatically stressed, dissatisfied, and angry at the first point of contact, although not personally but the have faulty equipment and it is either hot or cold. I thoroughly enjoy and receive satisfaction from providing sufficient work to solve the issue from the correct technician to the timing and overall beat experience.

I would give someone else the opportunity to explain their side and simply attempt to work things out by finding a comprising route.
