The best thing about this job was that, as an Active Shooter & Workplace Violence Prevention Expert, I felt like I was making a difference and actually saving lives by making sure that employees had proper, mandated protections in place, keeping the organizations in compliance with Federal Guidelines by preventing violence in the workplace! #jobsearch #mythoughts

Great place to work, very nice furniture if not some of the best, I wish them the best. As I work in furniture today I see at times wishing I was still there, helping with the product. #mythoughts

The amazing people I met and how fun the job was to satisfy customers. #aboutmyjob #mythoughts

This past year was met with many challenges for me. It started with the choices I made in the past. Hoping for a positive outcome, only to be met with disappointments. This has made me stronger for the future. I try not to allow the negative to stand in the way of my future. We all have lost a loved one, or know someone who has this past year. Take the memories left behind to last a life time. Be Humble when dealing with others. Show Compassion toward one another.
As the New Year 2022 begins, I promise to do my best when sharing Positive Thoughts in the Future. To Listen More to Other’s and Not be Judged or to Judge Others.
To Be More Open-Minded when Dealing with Other’s. To Learn More each day and share #MyThoughts

Good Morning Community,
As we celebrate this Christmas 2021 I will start by Thanking Jesus for all the Blessings this year has brought to me and my family. For each of you who take the time to Comment, Like, Post, and share in the Community. To the Jobcase Staff who believe in a brighter work force and all that you do. This past year has been a challenge to each of us in one way or another. Starting with the Pandemic and the people it took from us. With the Heart Felt Pain and suffering we witnessed can make us stronger in the future. Loosing a loved one can add stress and pain to our life. It is how we deal with it that matters in the end. In the days to come Think Positive, Stay Strong, and Know We in the Jobcase Community are here for you. Merry Christmas and Many Blessings from my family to yours. Mike Carvalho. #MyThoughts #Believe #Faith #Wisdom
