I can not recall a big mistake I made even though there's no big or small mistake, but I made a client a cappucino instead of latte, luckily she liked it since she only knew of a latte, the froath as she said was sweet
When I arrived to work hlf an hour late, as my day always taught me, you mess up with time you mess up with all the plans. Luckily i catched up with the stock and the shift later on with the help of my colleagues.
I humbled myself and apologised because to her because as I said earlier, we felt like family and had a bond. Luckily, my apology was accepted and we got back to our normal shift.
The company itself treats and take care of the staff with very high standards and whatever they produce for the staff to serve the clients, is always of high quality and standard. The staffs there are always friendly to the customers and to their fellow colleagues too, just like family if I'd say; that even at most of time you want to spend working.
