My advice to people interested in working for Nationwide is the company is not the same as it was when I was hired. It's now a call center & no office is located in Lynchburg. The job I had with the company is obsolete. You have options to work from home or go to the offices located in Ohio, Texas, Florida or Ohio.

Whenever we had computer problems & nothing could be inputed, we had to find something else to do & sometimes there wasn't nothing to do. We had to stay on the job until end of day. If you decided to leave you had to make up the time. It was really boring just sitting there with nothing to do.

The biggest mistake I made while working at Nationwide was being late for work and coming back from lunch late.

I loved working with the employees. The job I had wasn't too stressful. I learned how to use a computer on this job and I learned telephone techniques.
