The point system. It's very very hard if u have family issues, health issues to stay under the 7 points, usually though, they'll work with u. HR is helpful and lessens the stress

Drama is not tolerated at Nordstrom, if it should come up, there is always a person in MGMT you can talk to in confidence.

The entire fulfillment center is great.. Team work at its best. Management works hard right along with the employees. A company you can do nothing but grow and succeed at. All in all, a great place to work.
