I would recommend a position any where. I miss working with my patients and staff. You have a chance at working anywhere on compass. You will have a certain repore to work with mentally challenged patient. Always be aware of surroundings. Benefits are good. Hollidays.

I would highly recommend in applying for a postion. You do really make a difference when you least expect it. It just takes a certain repore and understand the patients and staff.

Sometimes when we were short of Staff we would have to work with other coworkers and supervisors. By working together you would keep an eye out any areas or patients that would need to be helped out. Always monitor your areas and patients.

An angry or upset I would ask them if they would like to go see if we could talk.
