Had him in the office, offered him coffee and water, a cool down and asked my team to prioritize his truck due to someone mistake. By the time he had his coffee and an overview of how we schedule trucks as I showed him the notification pick up of his truck. Started apologizing about his attitude towards us. We just informed him that his truck is going to be ready in a few minutes-processing the paperwork of your truck. Be safe sir
