My experience at Olive Garden Colonie was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY 45YRS OF LIFE. If you want to be treated horrible by management or sexually harassed or if you want to witness COOKS dig up their nose touch guests food and send out for them to eat or have guests complain about portions are smaller then when they last visited (because servers LITERALLY EAT OF THEIR PLATE BEFORE BRINGING IT TO THE TABLE) if you want to work for a place where back of house smells like marijuana (and managers know a out it its being sold on property) If you want to work for managers who show favoritism to those who kiss ass, if you want to work for managers who get other employees to lie for them because you go to human rights division because you was fired when you presented a recording of the bullshit you witnessed and confirms sexual harassment then by all means APPLY its sad when you have these companies who say there's an "open door policy" when you use it they find a way to get rid of you because you know to much. Its sad. I wouldn't recommend Clifton Park either the district manager Ana runs both Colonie and Clifton Park and she is no better. The general manager for Colonie is Sherri Henderson. I should release the recording to social media although its been a few years but I'm bigger than that. I have a very good now been there for a few years. Double the pay I received from Olive Garden. None of the above goes on. With that being said if you love all of the above GO FOR IT.
