One of my Operations Boss told me- Don't be more holy then Pop. But I had been trying to do my job in the write way - always. The plant became the Best Plant in the CCHBC ( 26 countries) in two years. On my previous position and previous plants were the same. But who likes the Best ? Even the Boss.

I placed a product order, and with intentions of ordering 2 cans of chili, I ordered 2 cases. We were stocked for months! I learned to double check the ordering system and double check my final dollar amount to avoid a problem like that in the future

I have been in the trucking industry since 1999 and know all of the DOT FMCSA rules and regulations. I am looking to advance my career with safety as priority.

Maintain professionalism at all times. Make them feel that they can rely on you with everything. Show them you are able to handle any task they give you, big or small. In due time, they will fall in love with you!

I would say that if you want to find a career that will share in the pain when times are hard, share in the wealth when times are GREAT, and give you the flexibility to raise your family and just be there for those important occasions, then this IS the company for you!

The biggest mistake I made at Black Gold Enterprises, LLC was when I decided we would be better served by Volvo tractors instead of the Peterbilt tractors, the brand we had been with for over 20 years. It was a nightmare as we did not get the dealership support or the factory support that we had always received from Peterbilt.

Don't. Find employment elsewhere. Jiffy lube is extremely shady and a terrible place to work.
