Long hours every week, not much time off given. You do not make very much money, & their is a great expense in your fuel costs monthly. No benefits, and this job is not going to be around for much longer as the insurance companies are starting to do away with their coverage on this rehab equipment. You will be constantly lied to & talked down to . I would deeply encourage anyone to seek employment elsewhere.

I made a HIPPA violation by scratching out a patients name that was incorrect on a file & then wrote the correct name & info on the same paperwork form. I should have tore up the wrong form & simply started a new form. I was written up for that one time mistake.

There have been many stressful & long days at this employment. Constant confusion & being told lies. Constant belittling & talked down to by the owners. They are not very organized & they manage to lose paperwork files quite a bit & they in turn place the blame on the employee for their mistakes. It was a lot of really long days & evenings that were made much longer for me & coworkers due to their incompetence.

The only difficulty I had at this employment was with the owners. They are extremely difficult to get along with or to work for. Nothing that I could ever do would be pleasing enough for them. They have a history of not treating their employees very well. In my four years of employment with them, there has been 100% turnover rate. Everyone who i spoke to when they left, said the same thing. That they simply could not take the owners abusive behavior anymore. I never did lose my cool with them - but rather I simply stated that I could not take it anymore either & that I was putting in my two wk notice. I was in a bad place mentally & emotionally during my time of employment with them. I had to leave for my own well being.

my interaction with patients & medical staff. I really enjoyed getting to meet new people & to be able to help them out in their efforts of rehab.
