While employees with OHL stick with it, learn and prosper. OHL is a very good company to work with.

My biggest mistake was leaving OHL. I left to join the account I’m with currently believing it would be a better career move since it wasn’t a third party industry.

A stressful day was training 30-40 employees coming in as temporaries that were only there just for the moment. Some will always let me know they’re only there until the peak is over and didn’t plan to advance to permanent. This was stressful because they never showed initiative and would do the bare minimum of the duties requested or required.

If an employee was angry with me than I never had a clue. I am always nice, respectful and willing to help anyone.

I loved working with Osburn Hessey Logistics, because the associates were friendly, the Management provided constructive criticism and allowed one to progress, as well as, the fast paced environment.
