I'm tired of looking for jobs..I have filled out so many applications and always the same response. We have decided to o move with other candidates.I think what's pending on my background is soley the reason for me not getting a job and it's real frustrating. I think these companies need to look more at the candidates and have a interview to get the interviewed person a chance to hear them out. #OVERIT #

I am attempting to secure a position in my field. (Recent graduate, career change). I have three years entry level experience in my field. I am located in Atlanta,ga which is one of the most saturated markets there are. I'm so tired of sending resumes only to get b'sed around. I'm ready to move from the south, it sucks. I do not have a hustlers mentality, I have a bachelor's and advanced degree. I do not know anyone in my field, but coming from the north you don't have to. I get out of state calls all the time, just to get a final determination that I am too far away, etc. I am more than capable of a position in the field I have been working in, I'm just sick of the B.S.! #OVERIT! If anyone "knows someone" or knows of any positions in Project Management(entry to mid) in Atlanta pls feel free to reach out! Thanks!
