The money was on time but some of them dispatch has a nasty attitude..Working 6 days a week you really didn't have a life

It is a horrible company, all they care about is pushing as many people through training as fast as they can so they can start driving and the company can start making money. All the trainees I was partnered with honestly should have Never been given their CDL licenses. None of them knew how to fully operate the truck to even basic standards, one partner didn't even know how to back up. But I have to say the worst of all was my last partner, who commited Several safety violations on the road, a total of 5 Serious violation ( not that Amy safety violations shouldn't be considered a Serious matter). When I got back to the main office I told my superior I Refused to drive with anymore of their so called trainees because not only do they not know what they are doing out there but my most recent partner, on more than one occasion, endangered my life with his safety violations. I told him I was will to do the work required of me but I would do it as a solo driver. And I was told that no one was aloud to drive solo until they have done team driving for 6 months. To that I replied that there was no way I was going to drive another 5 months with incompetent and dangerous partners. So I was told that they would have to "Let me go." And they didn't even make the driver who commited 5 Serious Safety Violations go through a standard Safety Class. This is a warning to Anyone considering working for C. R. England, Don't unless you want to be stuck in a truck with someone who's CDL is no better than Toilet Paper and good for the only the same use.

I love to travel. I been all over the country. Even Canada. Its freedom. I liked it better than office job.
