My company wants me to show my clients dignity and respect but when do staff get treated with dignity and respect especially from the managers and higher up managers? We work with the same clients every day but when we have a situation regarding a client and mention something that may work, we get lectured and yelled for what reason. Managers should treat their employee's with dignity and respect, we to have a family and priorities and should be able to say no for an additional shift without feeling guilty that we said no.

It was cool at first until they gave us mandatory overtime . Everybody was upset but was willing to discuss options . They made it seem like we were going to vote and then all of a sudden it was decided for us . It went fro 6 am -230 pm to 4:00 am-230pm. No extended lunch just a extra 10 mins break . Like what's that going to do for us.? We got treated like children . They kept yelling time on station which means because their asses were on the hot seat for falling behind on orders we couldn't barely even get water . It was close to a sweat shop . You have to bust your ass for months to even consider a pay increase . They play music all day but it's not decided by the workers . It's decided by the people who are supervisors who don't do anything but sit down . How is that fair ? You can't have your cell phone or you will get fired . I wouldn't suggest this job for anyone at all if you have real bills to pay

My apartment is currently a few floors above the office I work in. That was great at first (no commute!) but I've become the default go-to person if there are any work related issues that occur during time off. I get paid overtime when I address these issues, but I don't like being the only person who has to respond to them, especially since it seems to happen almost every weekend.

I work from home with a company that manages the rx side of insurances. I work 40 hours a week with overtime from time to to time. I have benifits that include medical vision and dental . We also have paid time off days that automatically accumulate for vacation or whatever reason we may need time off. They provide the equipment. However I am responsible for my own Internet cost wich I pay for any way. I love my job. Try and look on line for stay at home Jobs . They are out there. It is part of the future in the business world . Virtual is the way to go!!!!
