UPS says that 35% of the people it hired for seasonal package handler jobs over the last three years were later made permanent employees after the end of the season.

Don't go to the Carol Stream, IL location until September or later. Hours have been cut severely. Expect day/midnight shifts to only have a hour/hour and a half of work per day Wed-Fri. A lot of work has been moved to Niles.

HR management means nothing. If you have a problem, dont go to the HR team. I reported someone for sexual harassment, and we both got fired when I didnt absolutely nothing wrong.
