Another employee speaking to me ,then finally taps me on the shoulder and asked me was I listening to him? I just pointed at my ear plugs,...said you have to wave ,make eye contact or tap them ...you get used to it.....high noise levels, otherwise your talking to yourself ,everyone does it first couple of days.,we both laughed
Management that cared and didn’t overwork us . They work us 12 hours a day 6 days a week just so management can meet numbers by the end of the year for their bonuses, yet we don’t get bonuses.
I worked for pactiv for 17years and the biggest mistake was to think they were going to appreciate all the years I invested in the company.I was a good worker but that company dont appreciate the hard working employees they fired me in October they need to appreciate thier employees more.Adriana Luevano

When a co- worker says you cant go to the bathroom and talk to you any type of way and new hire cant say anything cause your the new one they will let you go.
