When I bust my behind getting all my work and more done,and manager Carlos acts as if I dont exist and after my shift tells me that he didn't need me

I would speak with my supervisor to get issue resolved

Working as a team most of the staff is very nice it's team work when every one works together it makes everyone job easier.
