Well, I didn’t stay because of the hour journey to work and being a medication technician some of the nurses made it hard by verbally expressing their dislikes of our position.… I’m still hanging in there strong though just somewhere else

I received the Employee of the the Quarter in 2011. I felt that I was recognized by upper management and my peers. I felt appericated and the validation I received made me feel proud of myself and the company. Taking pride in the work I performed not only reflects on me but on the company as well. I really never expected to ever receive an award like that. It really was a surprise and not knowing that my Front Office Manager and upper management was watching and observing and getting great feed back comments from guests that stayed at our hotel which I assisted them. Having your name on Trip Advisor several times being viewed over 100plus times was a big deal. But also I was the GS agent having the highest upsells in Rooms category monthly was also a big plus for me to receive that Employee of the 2nd Quarter Award. Even though I didn't receive the Employee of the Year 2011, being recognized and knowing that I was doing an excellent job made me feel proud to be working at Park Shore.

The people I worked with

I had a wonderful time working with the employees and bonding the residence after 27 years I moved to Prattville health and rehab for 4 years

It's not a safe environment to work at. And the owners have no respect for their customers.

Too much “Chiefs” and only a few “Indians” ..( Park Americareality show).. like the Metallica song.. Sad But True..
