Pruitt Health is a great place to be employees, as long as the administration and Don ran the facility accordingly

I moved to Florida inn 2014 and I completed a PCT training course last year October but since then I have been having a really hard time trying to apply for a position as Patient Care Technician. As it stands I do not have 2 years experience in the role but it's a requirement to apply. I do not understand how I can gain the 2 years experience if I am not employed in order to meet the requirements. Please help.
